In order to know the exact quantity of orders for the respective sizes, normally we have to manually calculate items one by one. This non value added process of course will take a lot of time depending on the number of orders received that day.
As to shorten the time, why not try using Excel to solve the problem! If you are using the correct formula to do your work, I'm sure you will save more time and most importantly obtain an accurate result.
