A few months ago, I joined an entrepreneurship training in Perak, as a facilitator. This training was managed by FAMA as to help entrepreneurs managing their account and expenses accordingly. And most of the participants are small retailers which most of their products' price are subjected to Government price control. Hence, the profit is not that much compared to others.
So, as to adjust the profit margin, they have to closely monitor the stocks and % of discounts given to ensure that daily sales & profits are reachable within target.
Looking at their needs, then I have construct a simple but yet reliable application to capture all the above aspects. This template is best used for ready made product and required to be key in daily for good results.
